Korball Forum is a community for korfball enthusiasts. All members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, threatening, intimidating, or harassing any member or third party.
• Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Spam & Self-Promotion: Posting unsolicited commercial messages, excessive self-promotion, or repetitive content. Club adverts must be posted in the designated Club Adverts category.
• Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false or misleading information.
• Impersonation: Impersonating any person, organisation, or entity, including other forum members or administrators.
• Illegal Content: Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or that infringes any third-party rights.
• Personal Information: Sharing private personal information about others without their consent ("doxxing").
• Disruptive Behaviour: Deliberately disrupting discussions, trolling, or acting in bad faith.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate forum activity.
• Malicious Content: Posting links to malware, phishing sites, or other harmful content.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban any user who violates these rules, without prior notice.

By posting content on Korball Forum (including threads, replies, and profile information), you:

• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post that content.
• Grant Korball Forum a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Site.
• Acknowledge that your posts are public and visible to all visitors of the Site.
• Accept sole responsibility for the content you post.

We do not endorse any user-generated content and expressly disclaim all liability in connection with it. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any content at our discretion.

All content on the Site that is not user-generated — including the site design, logo, graphics, and software — is the property of Korball Forum and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

Korball Forum is moderated by volunteer administrators and moderators. Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion. Actions available to moderators include:

• Temporarily suspending or permanently banning accounts.

Korball Forum is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
